F r e s h is a family business started by Marci Scharko, a married mother of two young girls.  On occasion, you might be sold products by her mother, husband, mother-in-law or even the kids!  The family likes to work together.  From making to wrapping to selling, the family likes to help out. The business began as a way of healing her daughters' eczema, a very common, itchy rash that develops on the skin and can become quite painful if not treated.  It is often treated by doctors with steroidal creams.  She felt the creams just weren't working well enough for the possible side effects.  Keeping the skin moisturized has always been a part of treatment, so it only made sense to try some better body products. 
All F r e s h products are made with high quality, all-natural ingredients.  Each F r e s h soap is made with a base of palm, olive and coconut oils along with extra oils, butters and additives to give them each their own unique and useful properties.  Being a part of a family of organic farmers, F r e s h soaps often include pureed fruits or veggies.  Our foods can often nourish our skin, as well as our bodies.  Working with the growing season, F r e s h adds different soaps as certain vegetables or fruits become available for harvest, offering a unique selection.
